MemberCare Leader

Purpose: To give emotional, spiritual and mental support to assigned Members of MissionNext.
 
Key Duties: The responsibilities of the MemberCare Leader will be to:

• Have regular, meaningful and purposeful contact with assigned Members utilizing FaceTime and/or phone calls
• Send appropriate texts, emails, and snail mail correspondence to support and encourage Member
• Pray with, have Scriptural devotions and regular discussions about Member’s spiritual growth
