📢 Lead the Charge in Mobilizing the Next Generation for Missions!

Are you passionate about mobilizing others for Kingdom work? Do you have a heart for missions and leadership experience in recruiting and training teams? MissionNext is looking for a National Director of Mobilization to develop and lead Regional Mobilization Teams across the U.S.

This part-time, volunteer role is a unique opportunity to make an eternal impact by equipping and empowering Regional Directors to expand MissionNext’s reach.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Recruit & Develop Regional Directors – Implement strategies to attract, train, and retain a strong team of leaders across multiple regions.
✅ Expand Mission Awareness – Represent MissionNext at mission conferences, churches, and special events to promote opportunities and engage new leaders.
✅ Strengthen Regional Engagement – Partner with Regional Directors to increase awareness and participation in each region.
✅ Identify Outreach Opportunities – Gather and analyze regional data to develop new partnerships and strengthen mobilization efforts.
✅ Lead with Excellence – Participate in meetings, training, and ongoing development while ensuring all interactions reflect integrity, respect, and a Christ-centered focus.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 A Christ-follower with a deep passion for missions and a heart for equipping leaders
🔹 A strong communicator who is personable, confident, and spiritually mature
🔹 A self-motivated leader with experience in recruiting, training, and team development
🔹 Someone comfortable with virtual tools (Zoom, MS Office) and able to work remotely
🔹 A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in ministry, missions, or pastoral leadership
