Compass, a ministry of The INN (The International Neighborhood Network), specializes in helping you find your fit in cross-cultural ministry. We are passionate about developing your unique skills, gifts, and abilities as you impact the world for Christ. Compass is a learning community that provides an immersive, holistic ministry and training opportunity while serving among unreached immigrant communities in the US. You will be given plenty of time to put your training into practice, so come join the team and expand your relationship-building, evangelism, and disciple-making skills!

Prerequisites
- Applicants for this opportunity will have to go through a background check.
Responsibilities
- In Compass, you will be challenged to look past preconceived ideas about ministry and missions, and we will invite you to join in innovative ministry strategies to reach the unreached diaspora settling in our cities here in the United States.
- Your ministry to the unreached will be under the direction of an existing team of church planters, so you can anticipate hands-on, team-based ministry.
- In Compass, you can expect your day to start with training in biblical and practical ministry studies and then move into hands-on training and implementation of the principles you just learned. For example, this might mean coming together over a cup of milk tea in the home of our resettled friends and engaging them with the gospel, or gathering at a park or coffeeshop to develop relationships with unreached in your community.
- You can also expect to be mentored by the Compass Director during your time in Compass, where you will be invited to grow and develop in your own spiritual life and in your ability to serve the unreached around you.
